Tuned By Nishan is an EFI Tuner who offers engine management calibration services for multiple vehicle & engine platforms; utilizing OEM ECU's or standalone engine management systems. Starting in 2011, Nishan began his tuning journey making waves on the MAZDASPEED platform (known as ms3blackmica on Mazdaspeedforums) tuning some of the most powerful DISI MZR's to date. In today's era of the 2867R gen2s and the BNRs (i run the 3071), those numbers are fairly easily achievable. But in 2015 that would have definitely been nice to see! I dont think the HPFP upgrade options were even conceived at the time. I'm on stock fueling but have the XDi35 pump sitting in the garage and am looking at injectors to pair with it (prob just drop in some brand new RS injectors for $200). But being closer to 400whp on stock fueling (and 93), the stock engine and clutch are fairly safe....and I'm still pulling on 400+whp EVOs, so the FoST is no slouch with 30-40whp less than this. My goal of 430/440whp would require a clutch at minimum if i planned to really run the car on the track. The nice thing about the BNRs is they really dont sacrifice much RPM to make the power and can continue to pull through redline (7-7.2k).

@@rargonian one of the levers that helps push the latch fully open had broken off. We ended up getting an entire new latch system from the wreckers and installing it. To get it open tho, we had someone inside the boot pushing the part suggested in video and someone outside pulling on the boot and latch. Hope you manage to get it sorted
Was sourcing & replacing this part an easy thing to do? I am unsure of how to get to the inside of the boot but would ideally like to be able to do it myself rather than have to pay someone. Thank you!!!

one came up for sale in my area with this exact kit on it, car only has 26k miles and im considering grabbing it, should i stay away from it or buy it ? just trying to get someones opinion whos worked with this in the past id really appreciate it.
so i have this same car basically. few more mods than this tho. black on black with this exact blower. its a fun car and its not bad, just know that this supercharger is limited by the inlet port size and will make less power compared to a similiar 2.3 tvs at same boost but with a 3.1-3.3 pulley the car is fun and ive never worried about hurting it as its only make around 600hp.

@@TheChocolateChamp Definitely not for the faint of heart, but very very fun cars and we gotta save the manuals. I'm at ~400/400 super conservative till I finish building the block then sky's the limit for the cst5, but at 3400lbs me included that power:weight hittin right.

How does the 2.3 do on improvement for spool on larger turbos compared to the 2.0? Is it noticeably quicker?
Whats the latest updates on this. It seems the EFR6758 has 50 more ft-lb to 3000 rpm and is even to 5500 rpm, so it may be a better turbo for a car thats driven on the street and you need 350-390rwhp. The EFR7163 seems like where you want to be if you want 400-500rwhp.
